EB Display
• Manufacturer and designer of custom displays and fixtures for retail customers
• Divisions for graphic design, engineering, manufacturing, and printing
• Company filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in order to sell the assets of the business
• We bought all assets of the business, including three buildings totaling 195,000 sqft
• We downsized the operation and ran the business for 90 days to fulfill outstanding orders, collect receivables, and finish work in process inventory; eventually conducting a machinery auction and selling the real estate.

Verso Paper Mill – Luke, MD
• 250+ acre site, 1.3M sqft, spread over 2 states and 3 counties
• Assets included large mobile equipment fleet, enormous spare parts inventory, paper machinery, and 2 independent woodyards
• Purchased entire site: RE, all equipment, and assumed liabilities
• Liquidated all assets via 4 separate auction sales
• Currently negotiating on remainder of RE, maintaining wastewater treatment

Appvion Paper & Pulp Mill – Roaring Springs, PA
• 330+ acre site, 400k sqft under roof. 200k ton/year paper production plant with 3 paper machines, a 150,00 ton/year pulp mill, and wastewater treatment plant
• Purchased entire site: RE, all equipment and above ground assets
• Resolved ongoing environmental concerns and maintained wastewater treatment plant
• 3-day auction of most assets. Sold property to a single buyer

United Support Solutions – Cedar Grove, NJ
• Contract defense manufacturer – precision CNC machining facility and a complete fabricating and welding facility
• Company lost money for years and was unable to sell itself over 16 months – owner needed to move on and focus on other opportunities
• We bought the entire business and wound down the company, handling the landlord, leaving the place broom-swept on exit, and giving the owner cash up front. We held a large, 2-day auction sale after completing existing contracts

Par Pharmaceuticals Campus in Huntsville, AL
- 110 acres and 3 facilities totaling 800,000+ sqft
- Par struggled to sell the campus for years
- We bought the entire campus, conducted a series of auctions and funded a contract manufacturer to lease the liquids buildings with equipment
- We leased the second building to a non-pharma manufacturer and remodeled and sold the third building
