Company checks are only acceptable if accompanied by a letter from the payor’s bank guaranteeing unqualified payment to CIA Industrial. Click here to view a sample Bank Letter of Guarantee and to view the instructions on how to successfully guarantee payment.

At the Owners Discretion, any items remaining after this time will be removed from the premises and stored at the expense of the buyer, considered abandoned and scrapped.

All small hand carry items, shop equipment, items on wheels and skids must be removed by 6/13.

All purchasers and/or riggers of machinery MUST provide CIA Industrial, LLC and Wilse a certificate of insurance in the amount of $2,000,000.00 prior to removal. CIA Industrial, LLC and Wilse must be named on the policy as co-insurer.
