Proof of funds will be required in conjunction with bid submission. A $100,000 deposit will be required from each bidder, in cash or cash equivalents. Upon notification of winning bid, successful bidder will provide an additional deposit resulting in a deposit escrow balance equal to 10% of the purchase price.
